We collect very little information, and we use it only to respond to you and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

The Kadre ("we," "us") is a commercial strategy firm based in San Antonio, Texas, operated by The Kadre, LLC. This policy covers thekadre.com and the communications we have with you through it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, organization, website, and anything you write in your message. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of each request. These are used to operate and secure the site.
Cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-focused service and update this policy first.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your permission.
4. How we share it
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our website host and form processor (Netlify) and our email provider. They may use it only to provide services to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the relationship plus a reasonable period for records and legal obligations. Inquiries that don't lead to work are generally deleted within 24 months.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising (we don't do either)
- Appeal if we decline your request
We honor these requests for anyone in the United States, whether or not your state requires it. Email curtez@thekadre.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will confirm your identity using the email address you contacted us from, and we will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
7. Global Privacy Control
Our site recognizes Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we don't sell or share personal information, the experience is the same either way.
8. Children
This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the accounts that hold your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please don't send confidential business information through the inquiry form; we can arrange a confidentiality agreement first.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If the changes are material, we will make that clear on the site before they take effect.
